Really pleased with my idem it was in perfect condition! But the only thing I have a small issue with was they didn't wrap a stuffed animal in a bag they just put in in a box with one layer of tissue paper and called it a day it was nicely placed in the box but my fear comes from what if the box got wet? There was nothing protecting the stuffed animal and for something I spent $80 with shipping and tax it would of really sucked if it got soaked and meildewy in the mail.

I am so happy it was in perfect condition as that is my goal with EVERY item I sell. I have always strived for 100% satisfaction. I am sorry that I did not own a plastic bag large enough for this plush. I always offer a 100% refund if a buyer is not satisfied with no questions asked so I am very sad that although you loved your item you felt I failed you.
