THANKS FOR YOUR USELESS FEEDBACK !! I have no email/communication from you, you purchased a tumbler ( not a mug ) and you paid without leaving any sort of message. I sent your package immediately after a few days you purchased another tumbler ( not a mug ) you paid shipping twice because you made 2 distinct purchases on different days without asking to accumulate the purchases therefore it is your fault if you paid shipping twice....I DO NOT HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL !!
