After waiting for 10 days a case had to be opened I then had to ship back the bad ones and wait several more days for a refund. the entire process was a hassle and took a lot of time. Seller does not communicate I wouldn't trust them with the purchase of any other electronics.

What I would have appreciated, however, is if the ad image had matched the item for sale, so I could have gotten a better idea of the item's actual condition. Otherwise, everything was fine, well packaged and secure. Overall, good.
