The item arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they advised me to return the item after I refused a £5 deduction. I continued to communicate with the seller to confirm they would pay for the return postage as it was their liability. They continued to communicate until the return was closed down. I have reported this seller to ebay and they are taking action of the misuse of the return policy. Sellers like this who don't follow rules of ebay should not be able to sell on this platform.
