These were not brand new they showed obvious signs of wear. They were packaged so tightly that they were cut while trying to open the package. They are now unwearable a complete waste of money and a disappointing experience.

Shoes were brand new as shown in pictures shown (especially pictures of the bottom treads.) In this particular model, the toes are molded into the shoe, not from previous wear.. As far as packaging goes, package was wrapped tightly so extra package did not get tangled when processed at post office. It is unfortunate you ruined the shoes upon opening.

No the shoes were not brand new they showed signs of actual foot wear because they were dirty. Not only where the soles of the feet go but along the sides of the slider. I am familiar with this brand and know about the difference between the molding and actually filth from the soles of someone’s foot!
