This is certainly true - though it was SHIPPED on time, which is the only thing I can control. I did my best to track it and reached out many times to the USPS to get the package delivered - and I sent several messages to the customer, though I never got a response. Holding me responsible for a broken federal system seems unfair. I did all I could. Hopefully that is worth something to my future customers when they read this.

I am sorry if there was some miscommunication - but I most certainly did NOT tell you I sold them because they did not work. I suggested you contact the manufacturer because you said you had trouble connecting them to your phone and I was not an expert on earbuds so I could not be tech support. I never heard back from you after MARCH 9th, so I presumed you got them working. Then you left me negative feedback in MAY? Unfair practice. I would have worked with you to make it right.
