These come WITH the lens & the CASE!!! Most listings for similar item do NOT include the lens or the case! Beautiful collectors item! If you're looking to USE these, I'd recommend taking them to your Optometrist/Ophthalmologist & have them adjust the frames which open slightly farther than normal, but they are stiff enough that you could still use them without the adjustment. You can even have them change out the lenses to regular sunglass lenses, change them out to your personal prescription strength lens, or you can just add them "as is" to your personal collection. Note there are some very small nicks/scratches on the frame below the lens on both sides front & back, probably from changing out the lenses. I didn't notice any scratches on the lenses, but what I don't consider a scratch you might, so I must say there MIGHT be scratches on the lens. I think these have reader strength lenses.”
