It came packed fine, I would rather it have been packed in a box for extra safety, especially for the price I paid. It was how it was described, only it was not scented. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to buy it. I have a Lotso bear that is several yrs old that still is heavily scented. I don't know if it is a factory defect or what,but it was for my bday and I'm a 😞
