    It is working, and you sent me a picture of it displaying ’ARABIC TV’ on your screen and the monitor is showing with a blue light. Therefore, it is working and functioning. You need to figure out how to set it up. There is a manual as well as a phone number so you can contact to fix the issue. At the end of the day it is working. Don’t say it isn’t when it is. If I had the capability to attach the screenshot that shows it works (that you sent me) I would. Unfortunately it does not.
