Never received the brush head and never received a response to the eBay message I sent a few days ago. I’ve been ordering for years from this company on eBay and they ALWAYS ship super fast. Not this time. I called the customer service number at 714-363-3599 and they can’t help me even though they are the same company. Rest assured I will be finding a new device to clean my face with and will not be using Tao ever again.
