Fast ship, but one roller was badly mangled. One abused roller had its adjusting screw so far out of its proper travel limit that the nut had been forced back, twisted 45 degrees and the screw had been tightened so far back, rear housing was bowed. was this roller used or factory sabotage?
The screw threads were partly stripped and the nut wedged sideways. 45 minutes of BIL hammering in a bench vise and screwdriver + channellock repairs got it working. We installed and all should be OK. We hope.
