This Item is unusable as its a EERO device that is registered to a previous owner still and cannot be added to a new network. If you are in this business you know that these Routers/Beacons are useless if they are not unregistered. This is most likely still owned by the Network Provider that supplied it to the customer. I am not paying shipping to return this so unless you can get it unregistered so I can use it you will have to supply the return label and refund my entire purchase amount +tax

I troubleshot this thing for hours, and I tried everything the EERO support suggested and the techies online said to try! But after giving up and writing the feedback. I tried 20sec, 30sec these are the EERO support tips and by the way and it still returned to the solid Red light. But after holding the reset and plugging it in 60seconds later I gave up and set it down and left it and finally instead of Red it started to attempt to pair finally! Sorry for the negitive feedback.
