Shipping was never free, buyer wanted doll half price, agreed, bc shipping to their area and cost never appeared to them, invoice with no shipping cost was sent. Buyer asked "do I pay?. I replied no do not pay. Buyer paid anyway. After total was sent buyer, buyers said "Sorry I’m gonna have to pass I didn’t notice I had to pay shipping" agreeing to cancel. Free shipping was never mentioned to them. Buyer trying to get item half price with free shipping.
