This order has been quite complex as the fulfillment team accidentally sent a FULL CHAIR instead of a mesh insert. The customer chose not to return the chair and instead reordered the mesh insert. We asked the customer to return the chair but they chose to ignore and threatened with negative feedback.

There was an issue with fulfillment finding the item. When it became delayed we offered a refund with cancellation but you insisted that you wanted to wait for the item.
