Sim starter pack was out of date and unusable. As was the one supplied with the mobile phone I bought. It took Telstra over 3 hrs of trying to work out why it wouldn't connect to ask me to double check the serial no. It was then I saw the starter pack had expired. . The item sent on the 25 March but the card expired the 14th March Not happy!!!!!!
