For the most part, it was positive. Communication letting me know when the product left and when it was on its way, keeping me updated was fantastic. The only downside was I should’ve paid a little bit more attention to the product dimensions because I was unaware of how small this item really was…. I thought for the price it would’ve been bigger, but shame on me for not reading more thoroughly, all in all the process was great.

Figure was not new as advertised. Packaging was unsealed and figure was slightly damaged (the surfboard broke off the figure). However, I was able to super glue it all back together and ultimately had a nice figure. Overpriced for a used, damaged figure, but it now looks good on my shelf.
