I tried messaging the seller to work out an agreement for a return and partial refund. The seller denied and claimed I was threatening to leave negative feedback (which I never did). I continued to try to work out an agreement but the seller just continued to berate me. And if you do leave negative feedback the seller tries to dismiss it. We won't be ruled by threats. We will always act in good faith, threatening is not good faith. We prefer carrots over sticks.
