My Colts watch is a worn/used item with three different cracks in the crystal, wear marks on the bezel, and the crystal is cloudy too. It was advertised as a new watch, but obviously not new. I asked for a refund, but after reading the negative feedback, it's probably a waste of time. BUYER BEWARE!
