The repair was OK, battery replaced ! The phone was damaged on the front screen at return. The only reason is poor packaging and royal mail choice as courier. They should ask for more ££££ at package and save the day. Was a shock for me to see the battery inflating in 2 months usage on my galaxy note 20 5G. Samsung is no longer what use to be ! They just follow the self-destructive path of other big names.
