    Customer purchased the ring back on August 7th. Wore it all this time then messages me complaining about how the ring's edges snags onto her clothes.I've tried to explain it to her that rings with sharp edges or fine ridges are prone to hook onto clothes ESPECIALLY if you're not mindful. How do you wear the ring for OVER 5 weeks and then message me with your issue? You can't just buy something brand new, wear it for 5 weeks and then expect a refund because you don't like it. HOW UNFAIR IS THAT?!
