Product arrived very dirty with cigarette smoke smell. The tape function knob was very bent. The overall sound is disappointing. Nowhere close to other cheaper Denon receivers I have. I thought this would be my main receiver for a long time; now it sits in storage because it sounds bad. Some have told me the reason is the caps are bad. I just wasted my money on this!
