Sent the wrong marble (it was a nice marble, but not the one I ordered), and said they were going to send the right one. I bought the one they sent and then they suddenly sent a refund for the original but never communicated that they didn’t actually have the right marble. Marbles are good quality from this seller, but communication and customer service are lacking. Have had an issue with every order w this seller. There are better and less expensive sellers on eBay.
