Items never arrived. Seller got them back from the postal service. I was offered a chance to send more money and wait another month. I ask for a refund. I was offered pennies on the dollar for the thirteen things I bought. I got nothing. They kept my money. EBay lies. there is no money back guarantee I don't know what is worse being cheated by a seller or lied to by the company I spend thousands of dollars with every year. Not anymore,

Lazy postal workers sent the items back. Seller kept them without communicating to me. After a month of waiting for this overseas sale, the shipping information continued to say "awaiting shipping" . I contacted them and they said I could pay overseas shipping again to get the thirteen items I bought. I said I just wanted a refund. They offered less than a third the original cost. EBay sided with them. I lost over 100$. Good bye eBay

Sometimes missing stuff is the fault of the postal service but the character of a seller is exposed after they have the chance to do the right thing or make more money at the expense of others. This seller is the later. They got their items back in the mail they didn't contact me and they kept the money. After I discovered it they offered me a third of the sale as a refund.
