Tail lights were plug and play. look great and work great on my dark gray XV Crosstrek.
Only con is my aftermarket LED bulbs were too long for the housing for my turn signal and backup lights. That's an easy replacement. I only mention it so anyone looking knows to check bulb length when installing these lenses.

The lights fit perfectly onto my car (2016 Impreza Hatch) and the instructions and installation were easy and quick.
The tail light unit comes with a new braking and running light but reuse the reversing and indicator globes which means you won't get hyper flashing.
