I ordered from this seller because they specified delivery time to be 2-3 days and I was in hurry. requested a quicker turnaround which they kindly confirmed same day dispatch. However shipping collection was arranged the day after towards end of day. Actual collection was not done “4” days later and I got the item 3days after their worst case delivery estimation. When contacted,they blamed the courier. But for a letter size item and me contacting them everyday, someone could put in a post box.
