You have been extremely rude in the way you have communicated to us and have “demanded” rather enquiring. We have kept you updated all the way and have confirmed without you asking that your parcel got lost in transit. You have demanded proof of postage, we have given you everything. If you cannot understand that items do get lost in transit… not much else we can do. You have pushed all the boundaries. You have opened a request demanding a refund, you were issued a refund within 3 working days.
