condition was new,,, but picture does not quite reflect these knee pads , they are alot more bulkier and constantly worked their way down my horses leg at best lopsided ....
They arrived very late and i had to request ebay address this , in fairness cork farm did resolve this quickly .
I have purchased a few things from corkfarm and all previous items have arrived in a decent time.
