- o***b (1574)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThe bath is extremely poor quality, very flimsy with no clear fixing points, there is no wooden base bonded under the bath to fit the feet too so I do not hold out much hope for this to take anyone larger than a child using it. The seller was unhelpful & implied that a plumber of 30 years is not qualified enough to spot a bad bathroom product and stated that the unit is guaranteed IF fitted by a qualified person. If a 30 year veteran plumber is not qualified then who is? Therefore, we suggested that if there is a problem with the installation of the bath, we would be happy to recommend a qualified installer in the customer's area. We have sold hundreds of these baths without any installation problems.
