This is the text message I sent to them: Thank you so much for your service. Awesome! I couldn't find anyone that would repair it and you came through. The phone is my mother in laws and we bought it from Verizon. They told us that it was indestructible but it took a 86 year old woman a week to plug in the wrong charger into the port and destroy it.
