    I'm tempted to add negative feedback, but I did receive a prompt and full refund. The picture in the listing showed, and still shows, the colors of original Plantronics ear buds. I was sent differently colored after market ear buds. While I appreciate their quick response to my concern, it bothers me that the listing still includes the same misleading picture. This is not only bad for the customer, but it hurts business fir Ebay sellers who choose to offer accurate listings. Food For Thought

    The color tiny difference in color of the ear buds do not affect the function. These work and function just the same. Same size , same materials and same brand. It is not uncommon for brands to change colors for different sizes.
