The carburetor is smooth when turned and it’s also smooth to turn the engine over. Please note that compression tester is not included! The threads on the head are stripped out that holds the muffler, please do not buy this engine if you cannot deal with this problem! We have marked this item down knowing it has this problem, that is why the price is lower. Thanks”
