If one wet , one is dry. This is Ushanka #5, full Beaver. I've returned fake products made in China from others. This Ushanka, if you can still buy it is absolutely the cream of the crop. It's for cold weather. The chin snap is not to pull tight under chin but lays the ear flaps nicely against your neck. 💖
