Couldn't work out how to put on dog, seemed too complicated ?? so rather than send this item back as well, I have adapted it by cutting off the Therapy Dog parts of the straps and sewn them on to her existing vest harnesses, this works !!!! So all's well......... Didnt receive the item until Weds 10th May...
