For the 9k BTU price (sometimes on sale) and SEER, it's a top buy. It's not a true DIY, as you need a pump, gauges, sealant, torque wrench, and a 2.5-inch drill/hole bit. Unless you can borrow some or all of the tools (the price range is wide), but this will cost approximately US$250. If you decide to cut, ream, and reflare the piping, additional tool costs. Follow the instructions/videos, and you can install it. With the universal remote, there is a 3 min. wait between certain functions.
