However, none of the mats fit my W212. I contacted the seller to explain, but he refused to accept a return or take responsibility. It’s clear the mats were never properly test-fitted, and now I’m stuck with a useless set. The buyer claims (with no proof) that I sent the wrong item over 5 weeks after the purchase. If there was any fault on my part, I would have happily resolved the problem, but the buyer obviously ordered the wrong item for their car, and wants me to pay for their mistake.
