I did not receive my item even though I received a notice stating it was delivered by FedEx. The employee even took a picture of it on a porch, but it was not my porch. I filed a claim with FedEx and they denied it only a few days after they said it was delivered. The had the right street address, wrong town! Only when I investigated myself did I discover that it was delivered to the next town. Drop FedEx, terrible.
