I didn’t know whether there were batteries in there or not so I opened up the battery pack and I found four corroded batteries in there. it took quite a while to clean everything up fortunately, when I put in my new batteries, it did work, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that there’s no damage. I had contacted the seller. They apologized. Said they were selling it for a friend and didn’t know.
