Then for whatever reason it went to Texas, and from Texas to Philadelphia Pa. I messaged you during this time saying I was tracking it as well. I spoke personally with USPS staff here who agreed it was crazy. All I can do is apologize on behalf of the USPS, but this was an issue totally out of my control. But my feedback is affected by it.
