Basically, you should contact us before you left your negative comments. First open a return request and wait for solving your issue, if we don’t respond to your request, then you have all the right to reportinge us. Did you requested for a return and refund and we refused?? Did you work with eBay’s customer service?? Unfortunately, you don’t !!
