When I received it I saw upon closer inspection that , in fact, there was no minute hand. I immediately initiated a return because I thought I was purchasing a functioning clock. The seller responded by telling me I should have noticed from the pictures that the minute hand was missing and offered me a $5 refund. That was insulting.
