    This adapter works perfectly with my Crestron DM 16x16 matrix, item arrived quickly and well packed there is not a single dent and light scuffs from previous owner but that doesn't matter to me, I'm happy with this purchase and the seller. One thing to keep in mind if you buy these, these are DMPoE powered only, no 12V input and it won't work with PoE switch, you need the special Crestron DMPoE compatible power supply.

    Fast shipping. The package was packed better then most but we had a problem with a missing part. I contacted the seller and he told me that I was only purchasing pieces in the picture and that was specified in the detail. I was going to send it back but he offered me a full refund which I thought was very generous as the item was useless without the charging cord. What a change to deal with an honest seller. It was CLEARLY MY MISTAKE for not reading FULL details. Would buy from them again.
