- y***t (590)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI ordered a book. It had a long delivery date for some reason (about a month), but fair enough, I could wait. The estimated delivery date came and went and no book. It wasn't even marked as "dispatched". I had to contact the seller to find out what was happening. They said their supplier had informed them of a delay their end, and that they couldn't confirm a delivery date. To their credit, they immediately gave me a refund. But it's not great that I had to chase them about the missing order.
