Apparently the seller left it up to the staff at the package drop-off location instead of doing it himself, despite it being a big box that was very pricey in its shipping fees. The staff did not add more (newer) tape to the box (who's surprised?) Secondly, I also inquired about one item from a lot that arrived in damaged condition and they completely glossed over that in my message.
