I have been streaming for years and have a 1 gb wifi and other streaming services on good devices such as Nvidia shield pro and Formuler Z11 Pro Max and rarely ever get buffering. I did a factory reset for this return as I would on any returned device to remove a couple apps and my personal information. Seller claimed he advised me not to reset device but I never was notified of this!Reply from: elite_max- Feedback replied by seller elite_max.- Feedback replied by seller elite_max.I advised you "WARNING DO NOT FACTORY RESET the box as you will lost all Elite apps provided." on the processing day. You now reply with "Can't you give me a link to the mfr so they can reload it?" In best case scenario you will have 50% restock fee for all apps removed...You disgusting liar!
