Once I closed the chamber it was a solid beam right down the center of the barrel. I had my sights locked-in within 15 minutes, though I did have fun also playing with it to see 'how far' I could see it (in reasonable darkness), about 30 yards. The quality is good, and the batteries (2) were included. Model = Glock.
