    Sent me a broken rc truck and blamed the courier and customs for breaking and their solution is I fix it myself and then sent me the wrong part a month now with a broke car no good to me. AVOID

    Completely untrue. Car damaged in transit to Republic of Ireland, customer made us aware 11 working days ago. We offered to cover the cost of the return or send them the small part to repair. THEY chose the option for the part to be sent. Unfortunately the manufacturer had upgraded the part in question without our knowledge so initially the wrong part was sent but when they informed us we got the correct one back out to them the same day. Wish customers would give the whole story in feedback.
