    The item was described well / good quality, the shipping was poor @ best. 7 postal sites, as the package sat for days w/o movement. the final day I proceeded to our local P.O. & picked up the package or it would have been further delayed!! My complaint is related to the shipping $8.99, poor service. The bases were used for a large reloading bench & worked well when completed.
