I received the guitar in excellent condition in a cardboard box with the guitar encased in Styrofoam. It was a very good value for the money. I ordered the guitar just before the tariffs went into affect but the guitar got held up at China customs. Sona-Guitar was very responsive to my inquiries and worked through the problems to get the guitar to me. Thank You.

The one in the picture looks way better than the one I received as far as the neck goes. The rest of the guitar looks great. The intonation is perfect.

Kommunikation soweit gut, ob Replacement nun auch eine solange Lieferzeit zur Nachbesserung bedarf bleibt noch abzuwarten.***
