Would recommend more the 3/4 inches of polystyrene for shipping protection. Will have to get a new enclosure for the unit. Luckily the unit still works after putting the lever switches and tape head cover back on. Also the counter back cover and speed switche are inoperable as they have been smashed in but I was able to rebuild the speed switch.
