the radio they sold me is non functional.. i took it to the dealer and they told me they are unable to program it because it was tampered with and is missing the “eeprom.” The description did not say this was an “unlocked” radio or missing the eeprom. It is showing locked and there is nothing I can do about it. Waste of money. Basically got ripped off.
